10 Thursday: The Coronado Chamber of Commerce is hosting a networking mixer at the Brigantine. From 4:30 to 6 p.m., the mixer serves to promote local businesses and build connections. Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite.com.
11 Friday: Alex Guillen is scheduled to perform a range of flamenco, classical and Latin standards on the guitar at the Coronado Public Library at 1 p.m. on Sept. 11. The concert is free and open to the public.
