A series of one-week theater camps for young performers, ages 7 to 16, will run in Coronado from June 30 to July 18.
The Coronado Junior Arts League, in partnership with the city’s Recreation and Golf Services, is hosting “Broadway Meets Coronado,” where each themed camp will offer a hands-on introduction to the world of musical theater.
Each week will consist of daily theater, dance and vocal workshops, Broadway-style musical numbers, acting games, and a final performance for family and friends to attend.
SpongeBob musical camp will run from June 30-July 3. The Lion King musical camp will run from July 7-11, and a Disney Faves camp will end the series from July 14-18.
