I enthusiastically support the re-election of Mal Sandie and Alexia
Palacios-Peters to the CUSD board of trustees. Both are dedicated
advocates for public education, with children who have attended or are
currently attending Coronado schools.
Throughout their tenure, Mal and Alexia have demonstrated extraordinary
diligence, resulting in a stable and productive board. Coming from
military families, they are particularly focused on developing measures
to ensure smooth transitions for military students entering or leaving
the district.
They have consistently worked collaboratively with trustees and
community members holding diverse views, successfully finding common
ground focused on student success. To ensure our children remain
prepared for the future, please join me in voting to re-elect Mal Sandie
and Alexia Palacios-Peters to the CUSD board of trustees.
