Participants will prepare and deliver a 4 to 5-minute speech. Speeches will be judged on poise, content, delivery and overall effectiveness, with penalties for exceeding time limits, improper citations, or use of props. Winners will advance through local, zone, district, and international levels, with scholarships of up to $15,000 awarded at the World Championship in July.

Interested participants should contact Diana Drummey at 619-787-9592 or drummedge@att.net.
