Lori Bell, acclaimed flutist, composer and three-time Global Music Award recipient, is scheduled to perform at the Coronado Public Library at 1 p.m. on Sept. 19.

She will perform songs by Johann Sebastian Bach, Georg Philipp Telemann, Astor Piazzolla, Claude Debussy, Katherine Hoover and more. 

Bell has performed worldwide at venues such as The Kennedy Center, Birdland, The Blue Note, SFJAZZ and with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Her albums have earned international praise, Top 10 critic selections and multiple “Best of the Year” honors. In addition to her performing and recording career, Bell has served on the faculty at San Diego State University and led master classes across the U.S., Europe and Asia.

The Winn Room doors will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the performance.
