23 Wednesday: The Coronado Public Library, in collaboration with the Silver Strand Youth Center, has scheduled events for all ages every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. throughout the summer. Kids, teens and adults can sign up for the library’s summer reading program at these events, log their reads, and pick up their prizes. On July 23, the event is a show titled, “Crazy about Chemistry.”
24 Thursday: Children ages 7 and older can sculpt a frog prince or princess with clay at the Coronado Public Library at 3 p.m. on July 24. This bi-monthly program provides opportunities for kids to create artwork using quick-dry clay. Register for the event at coronado.librarycalendar.com.
25 Friday: The Coronado Roundtable will host George Galdorisi to speak on artificial intelligence. The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. in the Winn Room of the Coronado Public Library.
27 Sunday: High Tide Society, formerly known as AM Gold, will perform at Spreckels Park at 6 p.m. as part of Coronado Promenade Concerts’ summer series.
