The Coronado Art and Wine Festival is returning for its fourth year, transforming 10th Street and Orange Avenue into a lively outdoor gallery and wine-tasting experience.

The event, hosted by the Coronado Schools Foundation and the Coronado Chamber of Commerce, will take place on May 10 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Over 100 local and international artists will showcase their work in a variety of mediums. And three distinct wine-tasting areas will offer curated selections of wines from California wineries, paired with bites from top Coronado restaurants.

The main stage will feature live music, including performances by local bands and Coronado students. Families can enjoy the interactive “Kid Art-opia” zone, filled with hands-on arts and craft activities.

“This year’s festival is sure to be our biggest and best year yet,” said Ashley DeGree, president and CEO of the Coronado Schools Foundation. “We can’t wait to highlight our amazingly talented students, from displaying their art in the school booths to showcasing their performances on stage. We encourage all of our Coronado families to come and be amazed!”

The festival is free to attend. Those 21 and over can purchase tickets to get access to the three wine-tasting areas. Tickets can be purchased at eventbrite.com.
