Voting is now open to select this year’s Coronado Community READ winner from among five final book titles.

Now in its ninth year, the program aims to bring the community together for discussions and programs surrounding a single book through events planned around the theme of the title.

The five finalist book titles, in no particular order, are “Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Tomorrow” by Gabrielle Zevin, “Radar Girls” by Sara Ackerman, “The Blue Zones: Secrets for Living Longer” by Dann Buettner, “The Women” by Kristin Hannah and “Good Night, Irene” by Luis Alberto Urrea.

Visit the online site at https://coronadolibrary.org/242/Coronado-Community-READ to vote online or go to the ballot boxes at the Coronado Public Library’s checkout desk, the Coronado Historical Association, Bay Books and the Coronado Community Center.

Voting is open through Dec. 31. The winning title will be announced in January and programs will take place at the library during the month of March.
