Coronado residents and non-residents can embark on a virtual journey to Slovenia.

Bill Altaffer, known as “The World’s Most Traveled Person,” will guide attendees through “Armchair Travel: Discover Slovenia,” on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the John D. Spreckels Center.

The event will include scenic landscapes of Slovenia, a Southern European nation bordering Italy and Austria. Slovenia is renowned for its breathtaking snow-capped mountains, vibrant emerald green lakes, winding rivers, and elaborate cave systems.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. for attendees to settle in and enjoy a themed snack and beverage. Advance tickets are available for $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents.
