The City of Coronado is offering residents a free Bulky Waste Curbside Collection next week.

From Oct. 14 through Oct. 18, residents can dispose of large, unwanted items on their regular curbside collection day.

Bulky waste items include furniture, mattresses, broken appliances, and other large items. Residents should place these items on the curb alongside their trash carts by 6 a.m. on their collection day.

Household hazardous waste will not be accepted during the bulky waste collection. Residents should dispose of these items at the designated household hazardous waste collection facility.

More information about the Bulky Waste Curbside Collection event and other recycling opportunities can be found on the City’s Recycling Events webpage.
