The 12th annual autumn concert series is returning on Sept. 6 to the Coronado Public Library.

This series began as a brown bag lunch concert for attendees to bring a snack to enjoy while listening to piano music and it has evolved to encompass many different music forms.

This year the following musicians are scheduled to play:  Naomi Hobbs (classical piano), the Joshua White Trio (jazz), Vania Pimentel (Brazilian music on piano), Steve Torok (saxophone), Josh Weinstein (piano), Kimmi Bitter (classic country on guitar) and Adrienne Nims (wind instruments).

The first concert on Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. in the Winn Room of the library will feature the Camarada Tango Quartet, live before their second tour in Argentina.

Featured composer Andrés Martín is a native Argentinian and a world-renowned composer and bass player whose arrangements and commissions for Camarada reflect the flavor and fervor of contemporary tango as well as the pulse of Latin America.

Other performers include Beth Ross Buckley on flute, David Buckley on violin and Dana Burnett on piano.

All concerts in the series are free thanks to the support of the Friends of the Coronado Public Library. The Winn Room doors will open to the public 15 minutes prior to each performance.
