The Los Angeles Chargers picked up a much-needed win against the Minnesota Vikings earlier today. It was a do-or-die for their playoff hopes, and they came up big, finally entering the win column.
Both sides of the ball did their thing, making key plays to help propel themselves to a dub. However, no one went above and beyond like their Pro Bowl wide receiver Keenan Allen.
Allen went nuclear against the Vikings and made franchise history, collecting a record 18 receptions in Sunday’s must-win.

The 31-year-old’s final stat line was 18 catches for 215 yards. Although he didn’t have a touchdown, the LA offense and defnese did enough to help chip in for the win.
Allen made a ton of Charger fans happy and fantasy owners, as well as he ended with 37.95 Half PPR fantasy points.
Through three games, Allen has 32 receptions for 402 yards and two touchdowns.
The former third-round pick was on fire, and he’s been on another stratosphere these past two weeks. We’ll see how long he can keep this up for; regardless, we’ll be around to see him do his thin.
