Every dog parent says their pup is the best, but surely some dogs have to be better than others. One couple shared some hard-to-beat proof that their dog is indeed, the “goodest boy.”

TikTok user @bradygraffiti_corgis is an account one couple runs for their two Corgis, Brady and Graffiti. In a recent post, they explained several moments when Brady was the “goodest boy,” and we have to say, we find their argument pretty convincing.

I always talk about how dramatic and impatient Brady is during baths and in general, but there are so many occasions where he’s the goodest, most patient boy in the whole world. Here are some of those special moments 💕. #corgi #gooddog #goodestboy #patientdog #corgisoftiktok

Awww, Brady is such a bundle of sunshine! This pup is so good about being calm and complacent when his parents have to do unfavorable things, like give him eye drops or go to the veterinarian. While Brady would rather avoid these tasks, he understands that his parents are only doing these things to help him!

Brady is a very good boy for many reasons, and one of the ways to make your dog as easygoing as this Corgi is to do desensitization training with them. This involves gradually exposing your dog to the specific stimuli or situations that trigger fear, anxiety, or discomfort in a controlled and positive manner. By starting with low-intensity versions of the triggering stimuli and incrementally increasing the exposure over time, you allow your dog to become accustomed to and more relaxed in those situations.

The process of desensitization training encourages them to associate the once unfavorable experiences with positive outcomes, gradually reducing their negative emotional response. Consistency, patience, and rewards play crucial roles in desensitization, helping your dog overcome fears and build confidence in the face of previously challenging situation.

While we are in no position to declare any one dog the best, Brady is certainly in the running for the title. His go-with-the-flow attitude and positive outlook just makes him all the more pleasurable to be around!
