Coronado Fire Department was unable to resuscitate an unconscious adult female found floating in the bay near the Coronado Yacht Club yesterday.
At around noon on April 15, bystanders pulled out a woman to the yacht club docks before first responders arrived on scene.
Life-saving measures, including CPR, were performed by the fire department for several minutes but the woman was declared deceased at the scene.
She was 62 years old, but her identity has not yet been released.
The scene is under investigation and the police said that there is no other information available.
