The Coronado Public Library is accepting book suggestions for the 2026 Community READ program from Oct. 1 through Oct. 15.
Celebrating its 10th year, the Community READ program aims to bring the community together around one book with conversations and events in March of 2026. The winning title will be announced in January.
Community members can suggest a book title through the library’s website at coronadolibrary.org, or visit an in-person nomination box at the library, Coronado Community Center, Coronado Historical Association, City Hall, or Bay Books.
Nominated titles should have been published recently, have a broad appeal, and compelling elements for discussion points.
