Cockapoo’s personality
With two Cockapoos in the family now, they’re bound to have lots of fun, and the home is going to be infused with even more energy. According to DogTime, Cockapoos, which are a cross-breed between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle, are full of fun personality traits.
“Cockapoos are known for their friendly, affectionate, and social nature,” the site explains. “They are generally good with children and other pets, making them excellent family dogs. They are also intelligent and trainable.”
DogTime notes they’re great companion dogs because they’re so friendly and loving, and they’re also really intelligent. This means they’re easy to train and respond well to positive reinforcement tactics.
They’re great with kids, too, and other pets because they’re so easy-going and happy pups. “While they enjoy playtime and walks, they are not overly hyperactive,” the site explains, “making them suitable for families with varying activity levels.”
PetMD explains that Cockapoos are pretty laid back and don’t need a whole lot of exercise. “The Cockapoo’s calm demeanor also means you won’t need to run marathons every day to tire them out; this small dog has a moderate amount of energy.”
Instead, these dogs only need a few daily walks, or you can play some of their favorite games like fetch or swim. “But while their exercise needs are fairly low-maintenance, you will need to spend time (and money!) keeping up with their grooming requirements.”
One thing’s for sure: these two puppy brothers are bound to bring endless moments of fun, happiness, and pure love to their family. We can’t wait to see more of them!
