No one likes to be woken up from a deep sleep, and one French Bulldog made it known just how much he doesn’t appreciate it.

In a video over a minute, we meet Blue, a French Bulldog who has strong feelings about sleep and isn’t afraid to let that be known.

The French Bulldog named Blue is standing on a bed, and he looks half-asleep and unhappy about it. And we quickly learn that he’s been woken up from a nap.
“Are you upset?” his mom asked. “Daddy, wake you up?”
With each question his mama says, Blue groans out the funniest grumble.
“You can go back to bed, buddy; I’m sorry,” Blue’s mom continues to reassure him.
But the very grumpy dog stands in the same spot, letting out the same hilarious grumble grunts as an old man.
“You can go back to sleep grumpy, it’s ok,” his mom says again.
He continued to grunt, and she encouraged him to “let it all out; we can take it.”
The conversation continued and Blue continued to be really hilariously grumpy. At one point, while his mom was talking to him, he started to give epic side eyes to add to his old man grunts, making the whole thing even funnier.
“Blue has a bone to pick with his daddy for waking him up,” the text on the screen read. And in the comments, people had a lot of giggles over those grumbles.
One wrote, “Poor sleepy head.”
Another shared, “His eyes tells me he about to cry. I think he sad that you guys ruined his perfect dream and now the opportunity is gone.”
