The Recreation and Golf Services will be offering a Youth Babysitter Training Class for teens and preteens during the spring break.
On Monday, April 1 teens and preteens ages 11-15 can attend the class from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center.
According to the city, an expert instructor will guide participants through the entire process of babysitting, learning the skills needed to become a babysitter and mentor younger children including: feeding, diapering and pediatric CPR.
This comprehensive course will provide participants a babysitter certificate upon completion of the course.
