Oh my goodness, this is just the cutest thing! Despite the choppy conditions of the water, the dogs didn’t disappoint and were putting on the best moves while donning their doggy wet suits and goggles.

There were several categories to compete in, as well as a Top Dog designation. Faith, a Pit Bull, won the solo surfing event in the large dogs division, Cherie, a French Bulldog, took home the hardware in the medium dogs division, and two dogs, a terrier named Carson and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Delilah, tied for first place in the small dogs category. Carson was also awarded the prize for Top Dog.

The event helps local charities raise money by sponsoring a contestant or a team, with a portion of the proceeds going to dog, environmental, and surfing nonprofit organizations. Dog parents and spectators enjoyed a day packed with canine-inspired activities, including a mobile pet adoption, a Pet Wellness Fair, and a free pet fashion show.

People in the comments can’t get enough of this incredible event, and we can’t blame them. “I knew something was missing in my life,” said TikTok user @ashleyandmollycats.

Another viewers, such as @the_granola_vibes, are already marking their calendars for next year’s event. “I need to know where this takes place and I must go!” they commented.

This is undoubtably an event sure to capture the attention of dog lovers and surfing enthusiasts across the country. There’s truly nothing better than spending a day on the beach with dogs while raising money for charity.
