Sometimes, a cat’s behavior feels inexplainable. Why do they do some of the silly and whacky things that they do? One cat mom is offering up a hilarious explanation for her own cat’s hijinks.
TikTok user @iamwillywonky recently shared a video featuring some of the hilarious antics of her cat, Willy. In the clip, she lists the “crimes” Willy has committed recently, and it has left us in stitches!

OMG, Willy is such a hoot! He was getting into all sorts of mischief with his kitty siblings that his mom decided to show us his “crimes” with the Law and Order theme song playing. Our favorites are public intoxication and witness intimidation, but they are all too good!
Willy’s sporadic movements, as shown in his public intoxication clip, are because he is a special needs cat. This kitty has cerebellar hypoplasia, also known as wobbly cat syndrome, which is caused when the mother gets a virus during pregnancy that causes a kitten’s cerebellum to be underdeveloped when born. This section of the brain is in charge of motor skills and coordination, hence Willy’s, well, lack of coordination.
Still, Willy and other cats with this condition are able to live full, long lives! This condition does not cause the cats any pain, nor does it shorten their lifespan. Their human parents simply need to pay attention to what their cat’s needs are and accommodate their home to be a safe space for their special needs kitty. This is exactly what Willy’s mom did!
People in the comments are head over heels for Willy and are declaring him innocent against his mother’s accusations. TikTok user @stefois said, “What a sweet looking guy, I think he’s been framed!” and another person, @emzjsmith33, commented, “I don’t believe Willy would do anything like this! Come back to court, when you have solid evidence!”
Someone must have a vendetta against Willy because we know he is innocent of these charges. This kitty has been framed, and we won’t rest until we find the culprit!
