Voting is open through Dec. 15 to choose a book title winner for the 10th annual Coronado Community READ program.
Each year, the Coronado Public Library hosts the program to encourage discussion and participation in community-building events centered around the theme of a book title, selected by the community.
The five finalists this year, in no particular order, are “All the Beauty in the World” by Patrick Bringley, “The Wager” by David Grann, “The Anxious Generation” by Jonathan Haidt, “The Feather Detective” by Chris Sweeney and “Hamnet” by Maggie O’Farrell.
Community members can vote online at https://coronadolibrary.org/242/Coronado-Community-READ, or by visiting a ballot box at the library’s checkout desk, the Coronado Historical Association, Bay Books or the Coronado Community Center.
The winning title is scheduled to be announced in January.
