22 Saturday: Camp Able Coronado, a local non-profit dedicated to the empowerment of the disabled community, is presenting a free family event on Feb. 22 at the Coronado Public Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All ages and abilities are welcome and snacks will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to dress as their favorite animal to act out the Patchwork Players Story Theater performance of “Animal Tales.”

23 Sunday: The Rotary Youth Instrumental Music Competition is taking place in the Winn Room of the Coronado Public Library at 2 p.m. Featuring aspiring musical artists chosen from Coronado High School, as well as other high schools across the county, and from San Diego’s premiere youth orchestras, this yearly concert is an inspiring performance by tomorrow’s up-and-coming musicians.  

27 Thursday: University of San Diego’s Darby Vickers will lead a thought-provoking discussion on the ethical implications of artificial intelligence on Feb. 27 at 11 a.m. in the Winn Room of the Coronado Public Library. This engaging talk will explore how to harness AI responsibly while balancing innovation with ethical considerations. 

28 Friday: The Coronado Roundtable Meeting in the Winn Room of the Coronado Public Library at 10 a.m. on Feb. 28 will present Neil Senturia from the San Diego Union Tribune, speaking on economic affairs in San Diego.
