If you suddenly noticed your furniture was in a new spot in your home, you would probably assume another family member decided to switch things up and do a little redecorating.
One dog owner was noticing chairs were appearing in different places in their home and they never knew their Golden Retriever had such a good eye for design, until they caught him in the act!
@blueberry8398Silly blue..has always loved to sit in chairs…has not always understood chairs with wheels… #sillydog #goldenretriever ♬ Funny video “Carmen Prelude” Arranging weakness(836530) – yo suzuki(akisai)
The funny video was shared by the TikTok account for @Blueberry8398 and in the video Blue’s owner explains, “We wondered how chairs were ending up all over the house… Silly blue..has always loved to sit in chairs…has not always understood chairs with wheels…”

People in the comments are here for Blue’s amazing redecorating skills. One person said, “It’s giving extreme makeover home edition.” Property Brothers, eat your hearts out! Another added a funny quip with, “Does your dog bite? -Worse. He redecorates.” Someone else said, “He has a point, that corner does need something.” Another person in the comments responded, “I can’t imagine coming home to rearranged furniture and even remotely thinking it was the dog.”
It doesn’t really surprise me, because Golden Retrievers are such smart dogs and they need activities to keep them from getting into trouble, or you know, redecorating the entire house.
How to provide mental stimulation For your dog

We all know that a mentally stimulated dog is a busy dog and a busy dog is a tired dog and a tired dog is a well-behaved dog. Or something like that. But most breeds, especially super intelligent breeds like Golden Retrievers, thrive with a lot of mental stimulation.
You can try a game of hide and seek with your pup, hiding one of their favorite toys under a blanket or in another spot in the house for them to find. Or you can even hide from your dog and have them find you!
Puzzle feeders for food and treats are a good way to keep your dog busy, and provide them a challenge as well. One easy way to amuse your dog is by freezing a bowl of water with treats and toys in it and letting your dog enjoy it outside. Plus it’s a great way to keep them cool in summer.
Even taking them on a new walking route can provide mental stimulation with new scents to sniff and new sights to see.
Keep your dog busy and their mind occupied and you’ll be rewarded with a happier and healthier pup, and one that won’t rearrange your furniture for no reason!
