23 Thursday: Documenter training will take place in the conference room of the library at 6 p.m. Those interested in taking notes at South Bay government meetings can join the training in collaboration with inewsource.
This will give participants the opportunity to become a documenter and be entered into a gift card raffle. Those who complete the training will then have the opportunity to take on note-taking assignments at public meetings and receive compensation ranging from $17 to $24 per hour, with travel expenses covered.
