Taking place on May 3, the event “Good Mental Health is Ageless” will be hosted by Aging and Independent Services, and will focus on preventative measures and debunking myths surrounding older adults’ mental health. The event will take place at 1985 Strand Way from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

On May 9 and 16, the Coronado Community Center’s Abalone Room will host “Music-Centered Wellness” and “Art for Wellness” to explore the therapeutic benefits of music and art in a fun, interactive setting. The two sessions are from 2-3 p.m.
