Recreating the classics takes a certain level of training. Whether it’s for a live-action remake or a community play, the actors cast have big shoes to fill. One school’s Lion King performance left attendees stunned—thanks to the two biggest stars.

Deaf Pit Bull brothers, Cole and Sullivan took on the iconic Simba and Mufasa roles in the play, and let’s just say they’re going to do big things.

I’ve never seen a more dedicated, spot-on remake than this. Do they have lines? No, but you can tell the method acting is paying off. I’d buy tickets to every showing just to see the two talented Pitties.

Though Cole is deaf, Sullivan—who’s deaf and blind—put on a really convincing performance as Simba like the stud he is. I’d be remiss not to celebrate Cole’s strong, steadfast, and stoic Mufasa because he absolutely crushed it.

The nap that followed was earned, and I hope both good boys signed lots of autographs and got even more treats for their hard work.

The amazing dog duo are sweet enough as it is, but with therapy as their main jobs, they’re even more impressive. Their 332k TikTok followers are obsessed, and rightfully so. I am, too!

“10 of 10. No notes! Perfection!” one person praised the pups. “If Cole doesn’t do anything else, he’s going to take a nap. I love his commitment to his craft lol,” another joked.

Others noted that Cole “takes this role VERY seriously,” while Sullivan’s version of Simba sent some “into orbit. Talk about rave reviews!

When they’re not stealing the show, these two cuties are truly living their best lives with their loving dad. They get to do all kinds of adorable thing together, just like this puppy prom.

I don’t know who played their part better but both boys deserve an Oscar. Also, as their new talent manager, I’m recommending them for the People’s Choice Awards where they’re a shoe-in!
